Congrats on 14 years! I love them all! I think that gathering and love are conveyed with food in our culture. I like the pastelitos because we were taught to never come over empty handed. Plus, you know someone always shows up with
Pastelitos. I like the tostada and cafe con leche because let’s be honest, that is the only thing I consider breakfast (with 2 croquetas), and el cafe also hits home because offering un cafecito is a symbol of welcoming someone into your home. Love this partnership. They all
Warmed

If my kids spoke Spanish I would totally have to pick the ‘Cierre la Puerta’ mat since I don’t think any of my kids know how to close the dang door!! But since they don’t I have to choose the ‘come back with pastellitos’ one! Especially since anytime we have family go visit Miami I always tell them to bring us back a box full of pastellitos. My family would probably laugh so hard to show up at my house to that doormat. Now, if there was one that said ‘this house runs on croquettas’ there may not ever be a more fitting doormat for my family, ever’. These are so great!
Faustino Rodriguez says

Alyssa says
OMG!!!! I absolutely love the “Come Back with Pastelitos” door mat. And you are so right I love them all… I don’t have enough doors for all the ones I like. I wish there was a place closer to us that actually served Pastelitos. The closest place is an hour away and it’s the only place I know if “near by” that actually makes them. Now, I must get dressed and drive to get some, because you can’t just talk about Pastelitos and not start craving them.
Stephanie I. says
Omg!!! Tengo 3 favoritos!!! The pan cubano, espera el cafe and the must love plants. I’m a plant mom as well as dog mom!!! So darn cute! Thank you for sharing this Etsy. You seriously brightened my world when I was working in gloomy Pittsburgh for 2 years!
Maria says
Happy 14th! I love everything about this shop. No te vayas, espera por el cafecito,, definitely hit home for me. That was a well used phrase at our house and it represents the Cuban spirit of hospitality so well. Happy 14th, Marta, what an amazing journey.
