No internet connection today. It’s either a problem with Cox or with our router. (so says Tech-Guru husband)
*HEAVY SIGH*
But. if you’re reading this, it means I have figured out how to post from my phone…and this might be sort of accidentally cool, no? =) Anyway…I found this on the shelf of my local Target today and I wanted to share but was thwarted. =(
However, if this works, I will be insufferable. But that’s not important right now. 😉

Let the insufferability begin!!!

LOL Cuban coffee is sold at the Targets near me too, but I’d rather buy it from the grocery store since it’s almost half the price at Target. I know you may not have that option though. If you want to order online, you can go to http://www.javacabana.com/. Email me so that I can send you the discount code. My friend gets a cut if you order from them, and it costs less than at the store.

When I lived in Memphis and was dating John originally from Miami, we would go to Miami with a half-empty suitcase so he could load up on Bustelo. There was one store in Memphis that stocked it, but it was outrageously expensive. Now I see it everywhere, even in my suburban Milwaukee neighborhood, although it’s cheaper at the Mexican grocery in town. (Everything is cheaper there.)PS I am reading, but it’s a pain for me to comment because my browser won’t show the verification code so I have to open IE, which I don’t usually use.

I live in NJ, but am moving out to Ventura County, CA very soon. I was there visiting recently, and was looking for BUSTELO, the ONLY espresso I will make at home. I searched at a few different Ralph’s as well as Vons, with no luck. I was in Target for something else, and was ECSTATIC when I saw the BUSTELLO!!! I bought it, no matter the price. It was definately, however, more than the $2.50 sale price I find in NJ in almost every supermarket. (Sometimes it’s even $1.99 at the bodega!)My point was: YAY FOR TARGET 😀

Thanks for the link!I am thinking I need to have a case of the Bustelo café con leche on hand. Tasted it at Cuba Nostalgia and have never seen it in a store around here.
I am still celebrating.
Target + Bustelo = Happy Marta.

Thing 1) I love that you still refer to him as “John originally from Miami.”Thing 2) Sorry you had to open IE (I feel your pain). But I am practicing my mobile blogging so I don’t have to drag a laptop to Washington D.C. & New York and still be able to keep MBFCF updated. Blogspot has a version of mobile blogging. If you like, I can ask Lucy to teach you. 😉
