It was our fabulous going away breakfast.
Chocolate-chip pancakes, scrambled eggs, real bacon, homestyle potatoes, juice and coffee.
It was KILLER!
Any reason for a party……
And speaking of parties…..picture us coasting through space in our American Airlines plane on our way to MIAMI.
The first order of business will be to meet with the family – all the cousins and uncles. To be immediately followed by The Sacred Consumption of the Midnight Pastelitos. (let’s observe a moment of silence here.)
A truly Holy Moment.
After The Benediction of San Cafécito, we will be much more at peace. 😉

I thought you of you yesterday. The kids and I are in Sacramento with our CHEP group and as I was snapping a picture of my kids with our assemblyman, Chuck DeVore, I thought of you and Amy with Mike Huckabee. Of course, yours was totally random and oh so cool. Mine was simply we were IN the capitol so what did I expect? But still I did ASK to take a picture and he so graciously said yes.
Maybe one day I will have one of those “Marti Moments” at John Wayne or the Park (I love that you call it that). Last time the kids and I were there I was sort of half looking for someone famous. We settled on getting Dani’s picture taken with Cruella de Vil…
Have a spectacular visit in Miami. I predict there will be little to no sleeping and much worshiping at the altar of pastelitos y cafecitos.!Disfrutalo! Miami will be better for having you in it!
