My whole family is on vacation so I’m staying at Mom’s house to take care of the cats.
That means the cook is not in and I can’t afford to eat out every night . . .
So what did I do?

And I made it. IT. WAS. PERFECT.

And now I can eat for the rest of the week. 🙂
