Feliz Navidad to you Marta! No lechón here but we all feel like one!Claudia
Your family is so amazingly talented! Feliz pascuas!
Hola Marta,It IS so wonderful to be a Cuban on Noche Buena!
My Minnesotan husband (who had never met a Cuban until he met me) has adopted all of our Noche Buena traditions, including roasting a lechon in a back yard pit.
Further proof… I heard my eighteen year old telling a friend from college (Ohio State) about our 67 pound lechon and how this (Noche Buena) was his favorite day of the year.
Have a healthy and prosperous new year!
