I made in on the Mac using iMovie. You can probably do something similar on the PC using Windows Movie Maker (comes pre-installed on most systems).
My daughter, Amy (Kikita) makes beautiful short films using Final Cut Pro (also for Mac). This is my amateurish attempt to copy her. (*sigh*)
