One of my very favorite things to do is to find Cuban vendors who truly represent us well. Or as I like to say, they “bring the Cubanity.” 

Which is why I’m so excited today to share HAVANAbama with you. They’re a family owned, mom and pop shop located in North Alabama. They’re bringing a genuine taste of Cubanity to Alabama with their Traveling Ventanita and online shop. I’m so super proud of all that they’re doing. 

This is exactly the kind of stuff I’m passionate about: supporting small Cuban businesses wherever they happen to pop up.

    I am married to a cuban and love all the items. The candles, the wax melts everything. I love learning new things and since I am puerto Rican the flavors, the colors, the life are similar so we blend so well. He loves his cafe con leche. I couldn’t ask for a better culture. God bless you.

    I like Habanamaba Cafe!! And next to my Tacita de café I would put the Pan Cubano Candle!! It reminds me of my sweet treat growing up ( un pedazo de pan cubano calientico echarle cafecito por arriba y después rociarle azúcar por arriba) se me hace la boca agua!!

    I like HAVANAbama Cafe! I’ve seen their store before but never gotten anything. I love their mal se ojo. I have one that’s all beaded, but I like the simplicity of theirs. I also liked their “ I’m here for the croquetas,” but mine would have to read “I’m here for the croquetas de jamon” LOL. Love you Marta! Keep the cubanity going!
